Putting Out Sparks in Saint-Nazaire

On August 24, 2022, the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France witnessed the beginning of a new era as sparks flew and workers ignited the construction process of Celebrity Ascent. This highly anticipated vessel is the first of two ships on order for Celebrity Cruises, with Celebrity Pursuit to follow in 2024.
