On Tuesday, Carnival Cruise Line released surveillance video of Barnes. The video shows Barnes walking around the ship's deck at around 11:30 p.m. Monday night. The video also shows Barnes going overboard the ship. The Coast Guard suspended its search for Barnes on Tuesday afternoon. The search was suspended due to the lack of any sign of Barnes. Carnival Cruise Line is offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Barnes. Barnes' disappearance is the second high-profile case of a passenger going missing from a Carnival Cruise Line ship in recent years. In 2019, 22-year-old Patrick Meehan went missing from the Carnival Magic. Meehan's body was never found.
