Syracuse Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash

Identifies As 19-Year-Old

A Camillus man was killed this weekend after he lost control of a motorcycle and went off the side of the road. Syracuse Police confirm that two motorcycle riders were involved in a crash with a pick-up truck. A 19-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, while a 38-year-old man was listed in critical condition.

According to investigators, the 19-year-old man was driving his motorcycle in the area of Erie Boulevard and Burnet Avenue when he lost control and went off the side of the road. The 38-year-old man was driving a pick-up truck and was not injured in the crash.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing, and no charges have been filed at this time.
