Felon Charged in Fatal Motorcycle Club Shooting

Man Accused of Killing Man After Argument

Pontiac, MI – A Pontiac felon has been charged with murder in connection with the fatal shooting of a man outside a Pontiac motorcycle club. The case will be brought before the Circuit Court for the County of Oakland.

Gregory Kincade, 44, is accused of killing 42-year-old Charlie Isaac Odneal of Pontiac after an argument at the Night Riders Motorcycle Club on Raeburn Street on Tuesday night. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and seeing a man fleeing the scene.

Kincade, who has a prior felony conviction, was arrested by Oakland County Sheriff's Office deputies shortly after the shooting. He has been charged with open murder, and his bond has been set at $500,000. If convicted, he faces up to life in prison.

The motive for the shooting is still under investigation, but authorities believe it may have been related to an ongoing dispute between the two men. The investigation is ongoing, and no further details have been released at this time.
