11 Second Club: A Monthly Character Animation Competition

What is the 11 Second Club?

The 11 Second Club is a monthly character animation competition open to everyone. Animators from all over the world can participate by animating a shot based on a dialogue snippet. The competition is free to enter and there are no prizes, but it is a great way to practice your animation skills and get feedback from other animators.

History of the 11 Second Club

The 11 Second Club was started in 2007 by animation student Yellowbrick Animation Mentor. The competition was originally called the “10 Second Club,” but it was renamed to the “11 Second Club” in 2014. The competition has been running for over 10 years and has featured over 1,000 animations.
