Animate Highlighting Text In PowerPoint – Step By Step
Learn how to draw attention to key text with animation in PowerPoint
Follow this simple tutorial to add emphasis and visual interest to your presentations
Highlighting text in PowerPoint is a great way to draw attention to key points and make your slides more visually appealing. You can highlight text using a variety of different colors, fonts, and effects. In this tutorial, we'll show you how to create a simple text-highlighting animation in PowerPoint.
To start, open PowerPoint and create a new presentation. Then, type the text you want to highlight into a text box. Select the text, then click the “Animation” tab in the ribbon. In the “Animation Pane”, select the “Entrance” animation you want to use. For this example, we'll use the “Fade In” animation.
Once you've selected the animation, click the “Effect Options” button. In the “Effect Options” dialog box, you can adjust the speed, direction, and other settings of the animation. For this example, we'll keep the default settings.
Click “OK” to close the “Effect Options” dialog box. Then, click the “Preview” button to see how the animation will look. If you're happy with the animation, click the “Save” button to save the presentation.
Now, when you play the presentation, the text will fade in with the animation you selected. You can use this technique to highlight key points, callouts, and other important information in your presentations.
