A Timeless Classic Gets a Modern Update

Inspired by a desire for a change, I decided to give myself a French manicure. It’s a classic look that has been around for decades, but I’ve never been a fan of the traditional white tips. This time, I decided to do something different and add a pop of color to my nails.

I started by painting my nails with a sheer pink base coat. Once the base coat was dry, I used a thin brush to paint a thin line of white along the tips of my nails. Then, I took a small piece of sponge and dipped it into a bright pink polish. I dabbed the sponge onto the tips of my nails, creating a gradient effect.

I was really happy with the way my nails turned out. The pop of color added a fun and modern twist to the classic French manicure. I’ve been wearing my nails like this for a few days now, and I’ve gotten so many compliments. I’m so glad I decided to try something different.
