Same Cruise Lines Win in Key Categories, But Rankings Shift

WEB Virtuoso recognized its network's best in cruising on Tuesday, August 13, at the 36th annual Virtuoso Travel Week conference in Las Vegas. In comparing the 2023 and 2024 winners, all the cruise line names remained the same in the top 10, but the first and second place finishers swapped positions.

WEB readers rated ships in several categories based on cabins, food, service, itineraries, excursions, and value. The top 10 cruise lines for 2024, as ranked by WEB readers, are:
