MG enters Norway plug-in hybrid

MG continues its launch of the brand in Norway

First EHS plug-in hybrid with pioneering drive

The MG brand continues its expansion in Norway with the launch of the new EHS plug-in hybrid. The car combines the best of two worlds by offering both an electric driving experience and the security of a petrol engine. The EHS plug-in hybrid is the second MG model to be launched in Norway, following the fully electric MG ZS EV.

The EHS plug-in hybrid is equipped with a 1.5-litre petrol engine and an electric motor that produces a combined output of 258 hp and 370 Nm of torque. The car can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 6.9 seconds and has a top speed of 190 km/h. The EHS plug-in hybrid has a range of up to 52 kilometres on pure electric power, which is enough for most daily commutes. The car can be charged in just 2.5 hours using a fast charger.

The EHS plug-in hybrid is available in two trim levels, Comfort and Luxury. The Comfort trim level comes standard with features such as LED headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, and a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The Luxury trim level adds features such as a panoramic sunroof, heated leather seats, and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster.

The MG EHS plug-in hybrid is now available to order in Norway, with prices starting from 379,900 Norwegian kroner. The car is expected to arrive in dealerships in the first quarter of 2023.
