Showers with embedded thunderstorms are expected to move through the area this morning, continuing into the afternoon. Additionally, clouds will continue to build overnight, with shower chances arriving on Thursday afternoon.

The severe weather forecast follows a warm and dry start to the day on Sunday, with highs reaching the low 80s. The chance of severe weather will be slightly higher west of I-275, with warm lows in the lower 70s.
