The cold snap will also be accompanied by strong winds and snowstorms.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine urges citizens to be careful during the cold snap and to take precautions to avoid hypothermia and frostbite.

It is recommended to wear warm clothes, hats, gloves, and scarves when going outside.

It is also important to avoid alcohol and caffeine, as they can dehydrate the body and make it more susceptible to cold.

If you do get cold, it is important to get to a warm place as soon as possible and to drink warm fluids.

It is also important to seek medical attention if you experience any symptoms of hypothermia or frostbite, such as shivering, confusion, or numbness.
