Buccaneers Take Early Lead
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers took an early lead in their game against the Dallas Cowboys thanks to a touchdown run by running back Rachaad White.
White's touchdown came in the first quarter after the Buccaneers forced a Cowboys punt after a three-and-out on Dallas' opening drive.
The Buccaneers took over at their own 25-yard line and White carried the ball four times for 25 yards, including a 1-yard touchdown run to give the Buccaneers a 7-3 lead.
Cowboys Answer Back
The Cowboys answered back with a field goal on their next drive, but the Buccaneers defense forced another punt on Dallas' following possession.
The Buccaneers offense was unable to capitalize on the opportunity, however, and punted the ball back to the Cowboys.
The Cowboys drove the ball down the field again, but the Buccaneers defense held strong and forced another field goal, making the score 7-6 in favor of the Buccaneers.
