Good morning from the Michigan Secretary of State’s office. Here is an update on the voting process today.

As of 10 a.m., the average wait time to vote in Michigan is 30 minutes. The longest wait time reported is 60 minutes. Turnout is high, with over 1 million votes already cast.

Polls Are Open Until 8 p.m.

Polls are open until 8 p.m. tonight. If you are in line by 8 p.m., you will be allowed to vote.

What to Bring with You

When you go to vote, please bring a photo ID. A driver's license, state ID card, or passport are all acceptable forms of identification.
