According to the Yandex Maps service, the traffic congestion score in Vladivostok as of 08:00 on September 16 was 9 points. Traffic jams have formed on all major highways of the city.

The most difficult situation is observed in the area of ​​Lugovaya and Zarya streets. There are traffic jams on the road along the Golden and Russian bridges, on the streets of Faleeva, Aleutskaya, Vyselkovaya, Videnko, Tretya Rabochaya, Shcherbakova and others.

The reason for the traffic congestion is the large number of cars on the roads, as well as road accidents that occurred in the morning. So, an accident involving three cars occurred on Zarya Street, which blocked the movement of cars.

Drivers are advised, if possible, to refrain from traveling by personal vehicles and use public transport.
