The financial institution has acknowledged the technical difficulties and is working to resolve them.

Following the New Year holiday, the clients of Bank Saint-Petersburg began to face difficulties with access to remote banking services. As a result of the malfunction, the mobile application and the official website of the bank became unavailable. Many clients reported problems with making payments, transferring money, and viewing account balances.

The Bank acknowledged the existence of technical difficulties and promised to fix them as soon as possible

“We have noted that indeed since the morning of January 9, 2023, some of our clients have encountered difficulties in the work of the mobile application and the Internet bank. Currently, our technical specialists are actively investigating the causes of the failure, and work is underway to eliminate it,” the Bank said in an official statement.

The bank did not provide any specific timeframe for resolving the problems.
