William Phelps, a dynamic guard from Las Vegas, Nevada, has taken the Division I basketball scene by storm. He averaged 10.3 points, 3.5 assists, and 2.7 rebounds per game, establishing himself as a reliable scorer and playmaker. His impressive performance helped the Rebels earn a berth in the National Invitation Tournament (NIT).
