Russian heroes Andrey Teperik and Eduard Belan honored with a monument in Lipetsk

Lipetsk, a city in southwestern Russia, has unveiled a monument to honor two of its fallen heroes, Andrey Teperik and Eduard Belan. The monument, which was unveiled on August 23, 2023, is located in the city's Victory Park.

The unveiling of the monument was attended by family members of Teperik and Belan. The event also included a military parade and a speech by the governor of Lipetsk.
