Khvicha Kvaratskhelia expects Georgia to repeat Euro 2024 success

Georgian winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has expressed his confidence in Georgia's ability to replicate their success at Euro 2024.

Kvaratskhelia was a key player for Georgia at Euro 2020, where they reached the knockout stages for the first time in their history.

The Napoli star believes that Georgia has the potential to go even further in the next edition of the tournament.

“I think we have a good team, and we can do well in the Euros,” Kvaratskhelia said.

“We have a lot of young players who are hungry to succeed, and I think we can surprise some people.”

Georgia have been drawn in Group B for Euro 2024, alongside Germany, Portugal, and Hungary.

Kvaratskhelia knows that it will be a tough group, but he is confident that Georgia can qualify for the knockout stages.

“It will be a difficult group, but I think we can qualify for the knockout stages,” Kvaratskhelia said.

“We have a good team, and we are confident in our abilities.”

Georgia will open their Euro 2024 campaign against Germany on June 14, 2024.
