The Voice of Generation: Vice-Rectors + Teachers project
On November 21, the Voronezh State University team took part in the first stage of the All-Russian competition “Voice of Generation. Vice-Rectors + Teachers”.
The competition is held by the Russian Union of Rectors and the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists under the President of the Russian Federation.
Our Team
The VSU team presented a project aimed at creating a mentoring system for young teachers.
The project team included Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Digital Transformation Andrei Lazarev, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Nikolai Kiselev, and Associate Professor of the Department of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics Natalia Odegova.
The Project's Goals:
- To create a system of methodological support for young teachers in the implementation of educational programs.
- To develop a system of mentoring young teachers in the formation and development of professional competencies.
- To improve the quality of educational services provided by young teachers.
The Project's Objectives:
- To develop a mentoring system for young teachers.
- To train mentors from among experienced teachers.
- To create a database of young teachers and mentors.
- To develop a system of monitoring the effectiveness of the mentoring system.
The jury highly appreciated the VSU team's project and recognized it as one of the best.
The second stage of the competition will be held in December.
