Recovery Assistance Available for Livestock Losses in Idaho Minnesota North Dakota South Dakota and Wyoming

Agricultural operations in Wyoming have been significantly impacted by recent wildfires. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has technical and financial assistance available to help farmers and livestock producers recover from these losses.
USDA offers a variety of programs to help farmers ranchers communities and businesses that have been hard hit by natural disaster events.
The Farm Service Agency offers programs that can provide financial assistance for livestock losses due to natural disasters including wildfires.
Eligible producers can receive payments to cover the cost of replacing lost livestock and feed.

- Emergency loans
- Livestock indemnity payments
- Replacement feed assistance
