The Washington Commanders will have a much-needed break from practice this Labor Day weekend. After a tough loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 1, the team will use the long weekend to rest, relax, and regroup before preparing for Week 2.
The Commanders will return to practice on Tuesday, September 6th.
Preparing for Week 2
Focus on Improving
The Commanders will use the practice week leading up to Week 2 to focus on improving their performance. The team will work on correcting the mistakes that they made in Week 1 and will also look to build on the positives.
The Commanders will face the Detroit Lions in Week 2. The Lions are coming off a win against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 1.
