Injury latest on Inter Milan star after limping off pre-Arsenal clash
Romelu Lukaku stretchered off after suffering another injury just days before Inter Milan's Champions League last-16 tie with Arsenal
Romelu Lukaku has suffered a fresh injury setback, limping off in the second half of Inter Milan's 1-0 Serie A defeat to Udinese on Saturday, just days before the club's Champions League last-16 first leg against Arsenal.
The Belgian striker, who has been plagued by injuries this season, was making his first start since August following a thigh problem.
However, he lasted just 23 minutes before being stretchered off in tears, with Inter confirming after the match that he had suffered a “muscle injury to his left thigh”.

The injury is a major blow to Inter, who are already without Joaquin Correa and Marcelo Brozovic for the first leg against Arsenal at the San Siro on Wednesday.
Lukaku has scored four goals in 11 appearances for Inter this season, but his fitness has been a major concern.
The 30-year-old missed the World Cup in Qatar due to a hamstring injury and has only started two Serie A games since returning to action in January.
Inter will now be sweating on the fitness of Lukaku ahead of their crucial clash with Arsenal, who are also dealing with injury problems.
The Gunners will be without Gabriel Jesus and Mohamed Elneny for the first leg, while Thomas Partey is a doubt.
