32.5 million rubles will be allocated for the reconstruction project of the Vaneeva street section

32.5 million rubles will be allocated from the regional budget for the reconstruction of the Vaneeva street section in the Kirov district of Yekaterinburg.

This was reported by the press service of the Yekaterinburg City Administration.

The project involves the repair of a section of Vaneeva Street from Kommunisticheskaya Street to the exit from the city with a total length of about 1.2 km.

The reconstruction project includes the expansion of the roadway to three lanes in each direction, the arrangement of sidewalks and bicycle paths, the installation of modern lighting, and the improvement of the adjacent territory.

The work is planned to be carried out in two stages: in 2023, the section from Kommunisticheskaya Street to Energetikov Street will be reconstructed, and in 2024, the section from Energetikov Street to the exit from the city will be reconstructed.

The reconstruction of Vaneeva Street is part of a large-scale project to improve the road network in Yekaterinburg.

The total cost of the project is estimated at about 1 billion rubles. The funds will be allocated from the regional and city budgets.

The reconstruction of Vaneeva Street will improve the traffic situation in the Kirov district, increase the capacity of the roadway, and create a more comfortable and safe environment for residents and guests of the city.
