“Voice of Generations”: Representatives of PSU Brought Experience and New Ideas in the Sphere of Youth Policy

The Republican Forum of Youth Workers “Voice of Generations” Was Held in Minsk

The forum was organized by the Belarusian Republican Union of Youth Public Associations in order to develop youth policy in Belarus. At the event, young leaders of the country, experts and representatives of public organizations discussed relevant issues in the sphere of youth policy, as well as exchanged best practices in working with youth.

PSU Delegation Presented the University's Experience in Working with Youth

The delegation of Polotsk State University was headed by the First Secretary of the PSU BRSM Committee Artyom Mikhalkin. The delegation members shared their experience in implementing the youth policy of the university, as well as presented the project “Development of Student Self-Government in PSU: Continuity of Traditions and Innovation.” The project was highly appreciated by experts, who noted the university's systematic approach to working with youth and its focus on developing the youth's leadership potential.

Forum Participants Discussed Modern Youth Challenges

During the forum, the participants discussed topical issues related to the development of student self-government, patriotic education, and youth employment. The participants also touched upon the issue of involving young people in the socio-political life of the country and Belarus' implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

PSU Representatives Shared Best Practices in Youth Policy

In addition to presenting PSU's experience in working with youth, the delegation members also shared best practices in organizing and conducting youth events, as well as in involving students in research and innovation activities.

The Forum Was a Platform for Exchange of Experience and Ideas

The Republican Forum of Youth Workers “Voice of Generations” provided a platform for the exchange of experience and ideas in the sphere of youth policy. The participants discussed relevant issues, shared best practices, and developed proposals for the further development of youth policy in Belarus.
