If you need to add a blank page into a Word document, there are a few different ways you can do it. One way is to click the Blank Page option in the Insert menu. This will keep your Word document open and insert a new blank page at the end of the document.

Another way to add a blank page is to select the text of your document, then right-click and choose Paragraph. On the resulting dialog box, click the Line and Page Breaks tab. Under Page Breaks, select the Blank Page option and click OK.

If you want to add a blank page without affecting the formatting of your document, you can use a shape. To do this, click the Insert tab and choose Shapes. Select the Rectangle shape and draw a rectangle on the page. Right-click the rectangle and choose Format Shape. On the resulting dialog box, click the Fill tab and select No Fill. Click the Line tab and select No Line. This will create a blank page without any borders or fill.

Finally, you can also insert a blank page by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. However, this will only create a new paragraph, not a new page. To create a new page, you need to press the Enter key twice.
