Registration Begins for Motorcycle Training Classes

Classes Offered for New, Intermediate, and Advanced Riders

ODPS Announces Partnership with Terra State Community College

The Ohio Department of Public Safety (ODPS) has announced that registration for its Motorcycle Ohio Rider Education Program is now open at Terra State Community College. Classes generally take place over a weekend (Saturday and Sunday) plus one weekday class on Terra State's campus. Motorcycles are provided, and all students must wear gloves and bring their own helmets.

WEB Motorcycle Ohio offers several courses for new, intermediate, and more advanced riders. These courses are designed to help Ohioans learn how to ride a motorcycle safely and engage in a wider range of riding activities.

Terra State Community College has been awarded an ongoing grant from WEB Motorcycle Ohio to be a permanent training site for motorcycle safety classes. This partnership will ensure that Ohioans have access to high-quality motorcycle training for years to come.

Registration for classes will begin on April 11. To register, visit the Motorcycle Ohio website at https://motorcycleohio.org/. For more information about the program, visit the ODPS website at https://www.dps.ohio.gov/.
