Color Street: A Review of Nail Polish Longevity

10-Day Wear Time: Is It Really Possible?

Personal Experience and Testing

WEB Color Street offers a wide range of nail polish products, including solids, glitters, designs, and French manicures. One of the standout claims made by the company is their advertised 10-day wear time. As an avid nail polish user, I was eager to put this claim to the test.

I applied Color Street nail polish according to the provided instructions, including using the included nail file to buff the surface of my nails. I chose a solid colored polish to assess the longevity and resistance to chipping. After application, I went about my daily activities, taking care to avoid excessive wear and tear on my nails.

Results and Observations

To my surprise and delight, the Color Street polish held up remarkably well. Throughout the first 5 days, there were no signs of chipping or peeling. However, on the 6th day, I noticed a small chip forming at the edge of one nail. Over the next few days, additional chips appeared, and by the 8th day, the majority of my nails had some degree of chipping.

Conclusion

While Color Street's 10-day wear time may not be entirely achievable in all cases, I found that the polish lasted for a significantly longer period than most other brands I have tried. The polish remained intact and glossy for the first 5-6 days, and even with the subsequent chipping, my nails still looked presentable and polished. Overall, I am impressed with the longevity of Color Street nail polish and believe that it offers a great value for consumers seeking a long-lasting and stylish manicure.
