The Visual Arts Classic (VAC) is an esteemed competition that fosters artistic growth among high school students in grades 9 through 12. Students engage in studio categories, where they hone their skills and showcase their creative expression through long-term projects.

A Statewide Showcase of Talent

VAC is hosted by the Wisconsin Art Education Association and held throughout the state. The competition provides a platform for students to display their artistic abilities, fostering collaboration and friendly competition.

Teams of up to 12 students tackle individual and team art challenges, working diligently to express their unique perspectives through various mediums. The competition encourages creativity, critical thinking, and technical proficiency.
