Abstract Art Inspired by Pablo Picasso

Enjoy learning about abstract art inspired by Pablo Picasso and our Classical Conversations curriculum.

Welcome to my blog! I'm so excited to share my passion for art with you. I believe that art is a powerful tool that can be used to express ourselves, connect with others, and learn about the world around us.

In this blog, I will be sharing art lessons that correlate with the Classical Conversations curriculum. I will also be sharing tips and resources for teaching art to children. I hope that you will find this blog to be a helpful and inspiring resource.

In this post, I will be sharing an abstract art lesson inspired by Pablo Picasso. This lesson is perfect for teaching children about the elements of art, such as line, shape, and color. It is also a great way to introduce children to the work of one of the most famous artists in the world.

To start this lesson, you will need the following materials:

  • Paper
  • Markers or crayons
  • Scissors
  • Glue

Once you have gathered your materials, you can begin by asking your children to look at some of Picasso's paintings. You can find many of his paintings online or in books at your local library. Ask your children what they notice about Picasso's paintings. Do they see any patterns? Do they see any shapes or colors that are repeated?
