Where to Find the Port Pass Office in Vancouver

Location and Hours

The Port Pass office is located on the west side of the cruise ship level at Canada Place. It is located behind bus bay 10 and door J. The office is open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
